How will I get there?

So last week I wrote a post talking about your Freedom Number.

Mine was $2,200.

My vehicle to Freedom? Real Estate.

A normal Rule of Thumb for returns on Real Estate rentals is $100-$200 bucks a month cash flow after all expenses are paid.

For my purposes I will go for $150 a month.  So for me I will need 14.67 units cash flowing at $150 a month to hit my target.  We will go ahead and round that up to 15 for simplicity.

So I need 15 units.

How will I get these 15 units?

How will I pay for them?

How will I manage them once I have them?

That will be our focus for next week.
